About Us
shrtCrust Bakery was inspired by the baking traditions of Guyana, where shortcrust pastry forms the foundation of beloved sweet and savoury treats. After more than a decade living in Trinidad, we saw an opportunity to introduce a different pastry experience — one rooted in guyanese heritage but updated for the modern foodie experience.
Produced in limited batches, our pastries focus on texture, quality, and bold, locally inspired fillings.

1. How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Orders close every Thursday at 6:00PM for pick-up on Saturdays
2. Do you offer delivery?
Not at this time. We currently facilitate pick-ups. We will announce when we have a delivery option
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes before 6:00PM on Thursdays
4. Do you offer gluten-free, vegan options?
We have no gluten -free options at this time. The option to make a few pastries eggless exist, which would make those pastries plant based. Please see product options and read product descriptions when purchasing.
5. Do you have a physical location?
No, we are an online pastry shop. No physical location at this time.
