1. When do pre-orders close? Every Thursday at 18:00hrs or 6pm

2. When do you ship/deliver? We currently do not ship or deliver. We are working out the logistics and will offer delivery at a later time

3. How do customers receive their order? Pick-ups are done every Saturday between 10 am and 14hrs/2pm. Stay tuned to our socials for pick-up location

4. Can i change my order? Yes, before 6pm on Thursdays

5. Do you have a physical store? No we are an online pastry shop. We do have have a physical location.
